Client Presentation – Preview

The Client Presentation tells “a different story” to our
prospective client – a story they have not heard before.
It starts with our “Pieces” conversation – one of the
most effective “ 5 minute Presentations” I have ever used. The client reaction we
get when they see this presentation:
“That’s exactly our situation”.
Discusses the TREND we identified – We saw the
effects of what we came to call the “accepted methods” of accumulating assets and
the problems they caused. When shown these problems, the retired client’s said:
“Where were you 20 years ago?
When we could have done something different.”
Parents sent us to their adult children. We found them
“doing the same things”, making the “same mistakes” the parents had
made. We knew we had to do something “DIFFERENT” when planning for the children
than what we had seen the Parents do.
What developed was a different planning approach.
The Client Presentation illustrates “What may be the MOST
IMPORTANT planning issue in your Financial Future – ignored by most conventional
planning”
The DEMOGRAPHIC STORM !!
THEN – with this background, use TWO common examples of
what we see the Baby Boomer / Generation X clients doing and asks
“If what you thought to be TRUE
about Retirement Planning and Mortgages
Turned out NOT TO BE TRUE”
